Qadam (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Qadam mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address or authentication-related account information
• Step count and activity data from Health Connect and/or Samsung Health, with your explicit permission
• Country, language, timezone, and app preferences
• Device and app usage information
• Reward, transaction, and in-app activity data

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core app functionality
• Track steps and calculate rewards
• Store your profile and app settings
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized activity
• Support advertising and monetization features

3. Health and Activity Data

Qadam accesses step and activity data from Health Connect and/or Samsung Health only after you explicitly grant permission. This data is used solely for app functionality such as step tracking, progress calculation, and reward mechanics. We do not use health data for advertising purposes.

You can revoke access to health data at any time through your device settings (Health Connect or Samsung Health).

4. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored and processed using Firebase (Google Cloud services). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

5. Advertising

Qadam uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data such as device identifiers and usage data in accordance with its own privacy policy:

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help operate the app, including Firebase (Google Cloud), Google Play services, Samsung Health, Health Connect, and AdMob.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide app functionality. If you request deletion, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Some minimal data may be retained if required for legal or security purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

9. Children’s Privacy

Qadam is not intended for children under 18 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

You can request deletion of your Qadam account and all associated personal data at any time.

To request deletion:

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Account information, including email and authentication data
• Step and activity data
• Rewards and transaction history
• Device-related identifiers stored by us
